We strive to increase the participation of all in the decision making process and to help everyone see their commonalities, and invite all stakeholders to the table, i.e., students, parents, extended families; the local institutions that serve them such as churches, nonprofits, and law enforcement, as well as the schools and educational organizations.

 

 
We help schools hire faculty that represent all communities, and build their capacity to engage all students and in particular those who are lagging in educational achievement or graduation levels.

We helped bridge relationships between schools and a myriad of communities, including, but not limited to Hmong, Native American, Latino, KaRen, and African American Communities.

We attempt to implement organizational policies that allow individuals to work in their own style — policies that allow people to express their individuality in the clothes they wear, how they decorate their offices, and the hours they work. Through these policies, clients engage and inspire their associates and enable them to produce their best work, and a shift in mindset is set in motion. 

 

 
  

 

 

 

Equity and Integration Plan

Chosen to Achieve worked with Roseville Area Schools to create an Equity and Integration Plan. The policy increased family and community engagement, increased college readiness, and retained staff. 

 

We discover answers/solutions to conflicts within themselves through reflective coaching techniques. We take clients from idea generation and data gathering to design, development, evaluation, launch, and metrics -- through all phases of a project
