· After the initial inventory test each faculty and staff member will sit down with a certified assessor to discuss the results. Every staff and faculty member will have individualized meetings to discuss the topics of diversity and inclusion focusing on developing potential and or improving relationships in IDI.
Two-Hour Workshop
After the assessment, Anna Young will conduct a two hour debrief of the results. The workshop will cover the implications of the inventory as well as next steps. This workshop will help to hone the organizations ability to manage IDI relationship, increase diversity awareness and mitigate diversity risks.
